The Importance of Meaning
There is always the ability to comprehend the
deeper level, whatever it is that you are focused upon.

I love the richness
of our language and particularly our ability to weave it into the exact
expression of our thought. But the use of the word ‘meaning’ and its
definition, have as many shades as the number of stars in the clear night’s
sky.
My intention, as
ever, goes far beyond the reach of linguistics – into the realm of soul
language.
What I Mean
The ‘meaning’ gets
entirely new meaning and endless dimensions when there is not only the obvious
and known meaning, but the applied and also the meaning that we, each one of us
individually hold, or give to a specific subject. Now, that is the meaning I refer to in the title of this post above.
Life itself has as
much meaning as we are able, interested, educated, willing, daring, or wise
enough to give it! By itself, with our own viewpoint removed from the
observation, it’s no more than a definition, even less than an empty shell.
It’s nothing more than a collection of random occurrences that lasts a few
decades (if a person is lucky). But, apply meaning to it – and a whole another
world explodes into being.
One can argue that
meaning of life is the ultimate personal choice we make. Although I would warn
against the necessity to define anything on a larger scale, for the beauty of
our existence can be measured by the fulfilment in each moment. Successful
mastery of each moment has to equal successful, i.e. meaningful life. And joy,
my friend, is also something we define on a personal level. Its beauty is in
the variety that triggers our soul to open like the most attractive flower,
unlike any other ever seen. That kind of open soul is how the universe
expresses itself, if we let it shine through us.
The Deeper Meaning
You may notice how
deep I choose to let my meaning go. Nothing else gives me more joy than to feel
the universe flow unstoppably through me. I will let it express every message
that it wants to deliver through this small being, knowing that as long as we
are one, me and the universe – its expression has a powerful voice.
Don’t settle for
anyone else defining meaning in your life, my friend. Live as a full expression
of who you are and who you are becoming.
