Greetings from the Present Moment
When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.

There are days when life wants you to slow down and notice small joys around you. I mean really slow down.
An early spring morning; the sun had already flooded the room before you woke up. And even without opening your eyes, you feel the smile on your face and you feel gratitude rise from inside your soul - a new day. Everything begins in slow motion. The blessings you are counting match the brightness of sunshine rays coming towards you. Even your concerns seem lighter, as the optimism washes away the remaining traces of them. You know that the circumstances will keep changing, and that you will grow because of them, and through them. Your soul will respond with stillness. This stillness is alive, vibrant and full of moving energy. Your soul will be eager to expand, but underneath the excitement and the sense of occasion, there is a humble and powerful connection with source.
This stillness, this peace you feel, and this knowing so deep inside that all is well – that is always stronger and bigger than the unsettled ripples on the surface of your heart and mind. This stillness is the wisdom to which we all have access, my friend. Although this stillness requires us to be still in order to hear it clearly.
Great news is that you don’t need a single PhD, nor a 30 year long study to confirm this. This wisdom is accessible to every human being and depends only on alignment between you as you know yourself, and you as the biggest part of you - your soul which occupies the space inside you which is the size of the universe itself. Because it is the universe itself. You have access to it, because by your nature you are a living, breathing picture of it – in the whole entire form as you. Now, this is not something you can disconnect from, but you can choose to switch off the light, to un-remember all that you know about your nature. Or, you can choose to align with it, let the love in and let it be the guide through life, the co-creator of magic – your own magic. Magic that no one else in the world has.
That is why these days when you are called just to be still have to remain the most sacred moments. In those days you have access to your deeper wisdom and the answers to all the questions you have been asking start appearing. You don’t take a shower – but in those 5-10 minutes you experience water replenish and nourish and clear your mind, body and soul. And your day carries on with this same pace.
Notice those days when they come and give yourself the permission to be fully present with your soul. In order to be the best version of you, and to move through the fast paced days of your life – you will need to use the reset button when it appears. These days - when you are aware of every moment, when nothing throws you off balance, when everything unfolds with ease and flow, when time is slow and rich with rewards that only present moment holds – you will notice the difference, the real shift inside you. And that all knowing, reassuring voice saying ‘All is well’ will be clearer than ever. And you will know that all is really well.
And it won’t matter what simple and wholesome food you have on your table, your appreciation of it will notice the fresh taste of gratitude. And whatever you touch with your attention will blossom, just like those trees outside. And whoever you bless with your love – will really feel it forever.
* * * * The Update – 352 Days to Dream * * * *
1.
As per my premonitions yesterday, today was the day of regrouping. I’m looking around my place and noticing details that I so often take for granted. Sometimes, when you are too close and when you just follow the routine – details, even those with unique features, start to blur and merge into the background and the bigger picture. But because my focus is on every inch and every corner, crease, nook and cranny – they are coming to sharp focus. Today, as I prepared mother’s day meal for kids and myself, I imagined that the kitchen and living room were open into one single room and the light moved freely from one side to the other. I was also imagining all other details that I would perhaps like to see and it felt good to stand there and create the meal in the space full of love, light and hope.

In contrast to yesterday’s elated feelings when drawing scale plan, today was enveloped in the peaceful joy. It was a family day, and it felt great to have our joint attention on the project. It pleases me to hear opinions of my now grown up children, especially to fine tune our visions and use all the elements to create a place that will reflect all of us, whilst still being one harmonious unit.

The planning has been moved to tomorrow. Because of so much going on every day, having an outline is necessary, so that I can keep on track with the project. I will set the goal for the week and make few more strategies around raising awareness of all our 365 Days to Dream challenges, as I want to keep in touch with your progress, encourage you and share your stories, if you feel inspired to connect.
