To inspire and attract people who want to put their best foot forward! I truly want you to start believing and therefore seeing that your empowerment is in your hands, my dear friend - with the little help from that larger part of you – your beautiful and wise soul.

Being mindful and deliberate about our intention and focus, realising that we are ready to take inspired action, even if it feels a little scary. We have to bring awareness to the fact that we do not need to see the entire road in front of us before we take the first step, but trusting that our intuition and informed choices will always guide us and help us create our perfect path, and that the connections we make along the way will be the right kind.

That doesn’t mean that things always go right, but when they don’t go how we imagined or hoped they would, trusting that there is a better, bigger consciousness inside us that we can awaken to and call upon, drawing the best from inside us to deal with whatever challenge we are facing. Believing that we will always find the healing, loving, growing path – is essential.

I will tell you why I do what I do - and with so much passion. Because if I wasn’t the best person I could possibly be (and I mean kind, forgiving, understanding and loving – again, for clarity: that does not mean I let people walk all over me, but I uphold the standard of love and respect for myself, knowing who resides in my soul – the creator of the universe who is part of me - and I expect the same from others, as I see the creator present and alive in each one of us), then I could not look at that person (in my mirror) in the eyes and recognise the truth in them.

What do you see when you look in the mirror? What would be the point of seeing a great looking person if you don’t know who this is, or worse – if you do not like the person you see there? Speaking truth and choosing to be the love – even in the most uncomfortable, and particularly in the most uncomfortable situations – that is what makes you a brilliant human being, my friend. And that will also make you feel happy (successful and fulfilled – they are all synonyms).

You are pure love, and all you need to do is choose pure love. Everything else will unfold perfectly when you allow love in and out of your heart. All of it, without ever stopping, resisting or blocking it. There is nothing to fear. You can be brave, you came here to be brave, you don’t need to safeguard your heart: pure love is tougher and gentler than anything else in the world. In other words, when you act from the place of pure love, you are safe and protected.
